GoodLife Kids Foundation

A registered Canadian charity that helps to break down barriers in participation and provide physical activity opportunities for kids with special needs in communities across Canada. GoodLife Kids Foundation has impacted the lives of nearly 250,000 Canadian Children. 

UHN’s Peter Munk Cardiac Centre

A $5 million donation was given to establish The GoodLife Fitness Centre of Excellence in Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine at the Peter Munk Cardiac Care Centre, which is a global leader in cardiovascular care.

Teen Fitness

Did you know that 93% of youth in Canada do not meet Canada’s physical activity guidelines? Teen Fitness will start a lifetime of healthy habits. Teens between the ages of 12 and 17 can work out in our Clubs for FREE during the months of July and August every year!

Support The North

Northern communities face unique challenges due to unpredictable climates and terrain that often prevent outdoor exercise. Last year we sent a group of GoodLIfe volunteers to Moosonee and sent a shipping container of cardio and strength training equipment to fill the Community’s Recreation Centre.

The GoodLife Family Autism Hub

Patch donated $5 million to the Pacific Autism Family Network to help create a state-of-the-art centre in Richmond, BC that provides resources for families and individuals living with autism spectrum disorders.
