What is a Personal Trainer Talent Acquisition Specialist?
As in integral member of the People Department, the Personal Trainer Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting and filling personal trainer and fitness manager positions by consistently maintaining a top quality candidate pool. This associate is a primary player in assisting GoodLife to continue a phenomenal rate of growth.

Job Summary:
  • Screen, qualify, interview, and select candidates for Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager positions
  • Ensure that your assigned positions remain fully staffed
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers on a regular basis to manage staffing priorities
  • Network in various communities though, job fairs, campus recruiting, etc., to generate candidates


Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Post-secondary education with an emphasis in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 1 – 2 years previous recruitment and selection experience
  • Proven ability to target, recruit and identify specific candidates for high volume recruitment initiatives
  • Experience working with multiple sourcing strategies
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent PC skills with experience in internet recruiting
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal, consultative and negotiating skills
  • Creative, self-starting, inquisitive and multi-task oriented
  • Committed to having fun in the workplace
