What is a Service Team Lead?

As a Service Team Lead you will prioritize impacting the member programs specifically for new, current and leaving members, as well as be responsible for training associates when it relates to Member Experience.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for ensuring all Members get a Meet and Greet on each club visit.
  • Responsible for ensuring  that all Members are serviced properly 
  • Assist new members with orientations of weight and cardiovascular machines
  • Maintain a high level of communication and teamwork to ensure successful club operations
  • Assist the General Manager with the implementation of the Calendar of Events, Member of the Month; Meet the Manager events, Anniversary Parties/ Member Appreciation Parties, etc.
  • Responsible for training Child Minding Associates
  • Support General Manager in ensuring front desk sales tools, systems, and resources available are used by all associates
  • Complete club administration tasks

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Passion for Fitness
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • 2+ years in an customer service/ sales role 
  • Proven success in leading, training and motivating teams
  • Previous management experience in the fitness industry a strong asset
  • A post secondary degree is recommended but a drive to succeed is essential
